Cancellation:
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the digital product or course has not been accessed.
For physical materials, cancellations are accepted before shipment confirmation.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable within 3 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible, digital products must not have been accessed, and physical materials must be returned in their original condition.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after approval.
For digital products, refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
For physical materials, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
